Ron Hamm serves as Chief Executive Officer at HDS, bringing more than 35 years of leadership across the pharmaceutical, clinical, pharmacy, and health plan sectors. He has built and led teams across sales, marketing, medical affairs, and operations — driving growth and value creation at organizations ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 100 companies.

Most recently, Ron served as a senior executive at Centene Pharmacy Services, where he spent over seven years leading key initiatives across the specialty pharmacy and PBM business units. Earlier in his career, he played a central role in the development, growth, and successful divestiture of Three Rivers Pharmaceuticals to Kadmon, now part of Sanofi. He also held leadership roles at several Fortune 100 pharmaceutical companies.

Ron earned a B.S. in Business from the University of Pittsburgh and holds multiple active licenses as a Registered Nurse.
