Pharmacy Data Analyst

Job Description
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
The Pharmacy Data Analyst is responsible for applying analytical and technical skills to provide reporting and analysis as well as to collaborate on the ongoing enhancement and development of analytical SaaS offerings. This position will focus on the exploration, development, analysis, and strategic enhancement of automated and ad hoc reports and processes to support organizational and client needs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Work independently and collaboratively on an interdisciplinary team of analysts, auditors, pharmacists, and IT professionals
- Prepare standard and ad hoc pharmacy analysis, reports, and presentations for clients
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to data models and ETL processes
- Perform quality control and data validation checks on client data
- Integrate data from multiple clinical, client, and governmental data sources to provide insightful client facing reports
- Continuous quality improvement on processes, policies, and reporting to improve operational efficiency and enhance automation
- Collaborate on the development of pharmacy benefit management SaaS products
Required background
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering)
- Minimum 3 years’ data analytics experience
- Relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MIT, MHA)
- Experience working for a pharmacy benefit manager or in a pharmacy-focused occupation
- Experience with AICPA SOC 2 and GAAS compliance a plus

Key Account Manager

Job Description
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
The Key Account Manager will focus on providing excellent customer service, while supporting tactical client tasks and deliverables on a week-to-week basis. This role will focus on strategic client initiatives, while ensuring the statement of work is met.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Build relationships with support and project manager personnel at the client site to create client satisfaction with every encounter.
- Create and manage frequent email communications with clients.
- Coordinate the scheduling of client meetings and training.
- Create and deliver agendas.
- Schedule meetings through Outlook and videoconferencing on a timely basis.
- Document meeting minutes with clear actions, owners, and deadlines.
- Create easy-to-follow indexing and file storage of meeting minutes and deliverables.
- Document call notes in Salesforce in clear succinct fashion.
- Set and communicate deadlines for key tasks, negotiating both with clients and HDS internal teams.
- Track and provide follow-up on outstanding client and HDS tasks.
- Perform final check on deliverables from the Pharmacy team to ensure that they meet the needs of the project.
- Communicate our complex analytical results in a manner appropriate for client understanding and action.
- Identify process gaps with versioning of documents, logging of billing hours, and other operational challenges in the Account Management department.
- Ensure client invoicing is completed and managed as required by contract.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for upsell potential to current clients.
- Communicate between all internal teams and stakeholders on behalf of client.
- Perform any other job-related instructions, as required.
Required Background
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or scientific discipline
- 3 to 5 years of progressive work experience in an account management or project manager/administrative role
- 2+ years in a pharmacy business related role (PBM, retail pharmacy, MCO) strongly preferred
