Clark Seiling serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at HDS, where he leads all financial functions alongside strategic efforts across fundraising, M&A, and investor relations. He also oversees key operational functions, helping to scale the business and align execution with long-term strategy.

Before joining HDS, Clark spent over a decade in private equity, venture capital, and corporate development. Most recently, he founded and led the corporate venture capital function at Cardinal Health, a Fortune 20 healthcare company, where he executed investments into emerging companies and venture funds. Prior to that, he served as a leader on Cardinal Health’s Corporate Development team, completing acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, and strategic investments. Clark began his career at The Townsend Group, a global real estate private equity firm, working on complex private equity transactions.

Clark holds a JD and MBA from The Ohio State University. He graduated magna cum laude and with honors from Ohio State with a BS in Economics and a BA in Philosophy, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
