The Clinical Applications Consultant will be responsible for communication, both internally and externally, that drives enhanced user experience. The Consultant will communicate with clients and PBMs to gather the necessary data, files and documentation to onboard and maintain clients in the HDS portal. Responsibilities also include internal and external training on reports and user experience in the HDS portal. They will provide both on-site and remote support and expertise to enable the client to maximize the HDS suite of solutions.
• Train internal and external users on the use of the HDS suite of solutions
• Develop training schedules for new clients
• Explain the information available using the various HDS technology tools and client portal
• Provide clinical and technical support concerning the results produced by the HDS analytical tools.
• Act as subject matter expert on contract compliance and plan performance
• Conceptualize, design, and communicate new reporting requested by the client to the HDS team
• Communicate customer needs to IT and analytics departments
• Act as liaison between teams at HDS to train and onboard new customers
• Manage process of communicating, gathering and linking client data to HDS software
• Maintain thorough knowledge of HDS software and the data required to drive analytics
• Interpret contracts and analytic reports to suggest strategies for clients to create efficiencies, reduce costs & improve health outcomes

• Degree from an accredited college in a healthcare related field or experience working
In the pharmacy benefits space
• Five years’ experience working for a managed care company, PBM, payer or CIN/ACO
• At least two years of client facing experience.
• Working knowledge of the pharmacy benefit and distribution channels, including an understanding of industry relationships, agreements, pricing, regulatory and legal requirements
The Data Analyst – Pharmacy is responsible for the review and critical analysis of customer claims data. Using HDS proprietary software tools, the Data Analyst will review claims files, run scans, analyze results produced, create reports, and present findings.
• Work with our clients and channel partners to develop effective reporting and needed analytics
• Compile, analyze, and validate healthcare information using various technology tools and databases to deliver actionable report
• Prepare deliverables and dashboards linked to detailed data
• Perform complex data extractions and manipulations
• Conceptualize, design, and validate reports to meet routine needs. Ensure the data is methodologically and statistically sound and accurate
• Work with IT to automate reports.
• Monitor, analyze & present operational trends and pharmacy drug utilization to develop & suggest strategies to create efficiencies, reduce costs & improve health outcomes
• Perform any other job-related instructions, as required.

• 3 to 5 years of progressive work experience in a data analysis role
• 2+ years in a pharmacy related analysis role is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry, terms, and concepts
• Formal program management skills preferred
• SQL proficiency is preferred
• Experience with or knowledge of managed care is strongly preferred
As Director of Product, you will have the opportunity to help craft the vision, strategy, and delivery of all HDS products and own our product roadmap. Your combination of business acumen, deep experience driving full PLM, and technical understanding will be leveraged as HDS refines current product offerings and develops new solutions for the pharmacy payment Eco-space. You will be called upon to define products, measure the market, analyze buy/build, identify customer requirements, manage the project lifecycle, and develop the go to market strategy.
