Dee Sarbok

Co-Founder, CEO

Dee Sarbok co-founded HealthPlan Data Solutions in 2009 focusing on pharmacy claims analytics with the goal of increasing transparency, accuracy, and maximizing financial value. In addition, Dee is an entrepreneur in real estate and focuses his efforts on philanthropic endeavors that aim to break the poverty cycle in Central America through social income housing and education. Dee is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business, and has a master’s degree from Cornell University.

Gary Rutherford, RPH

Chief Clinical Officer, Co-Founder

Gary Rutherford is a registered pharmacist who practiced in clinical and managerial roles with over 30 years in hospital, chain, and independent pharmacy practice. He is certified in five pharmacy practice areas. Has been the recipient of multiple awards and recognitions including, the OPA Beal Award, The Key Award, OSU Preceptor of the Year, and other leadership recognition awards. Gary has served as an adjunct faculty member at Ohio Northern University, The Ohio State University, and Cedarville University schools of pharmacy over the last 30⁺ years. Gary is a graduate of Ohio Northern University School of Pharmacy.​

R. Michael Blevins

Chief Information Officer, Co-Founder

Michael Blevins is a 28-year IT professional. Mr. Blevins developed a skill set in functional ERP, software development, and database management, focusing in the area of application performance. Mr. Blevins joined HDS in 2010 and is the chief architect of the HDS prescription analysis software system. His specialties are system design, performance, and scalability for large databases. Mr. Blevins is a graduate of the University of Southern Florida with a computer engineering degree.

John-Michael Loke

Chief Revenue Officer

John-Michael Loke, Chief Revenue Officer of HDS, leads the sales and marketing team and is responsible for the company’s revenue-generation strategy and execution as well as the go-to-market approach. John-Michael is a sales, account management and marketing executive with 30+ years of experience building and leading sales and marketing teams primarily focused on healthcare cost containment technology. Prior to joining HDS, Loke was President of R&D Solutions Group, a Healthcare Consulting company where he successfully built new client revenue streams for payment integrity organizations through growth in their large healthcare payer segments.

Since graduating from the University of North Carolina with a degree in political science, John-Michael has also worked in leadership roles of increased responsibility at Echo Health, Connolly Healthcare, and Pitney Bowes, while also serving as an Aviation Officer in the US Army.
